After more than a year of "tarantella " widely described in an article a few weeks ago has reached the final resignation!
The Barlow was not never had an easy life: winning elections without a majority in the council was a continual struggle ended in defeat ... elected to the right, said independent, aligned to the left ... RESIGN!
