Very often employees of the New Dawn are being targeted because of municipal employees shall enjoy the privileges of public administration.
In the minds of most Battipagliese (I admit that even I thought so) the ecological operators are classified as lazy, incompetent and drifters ... but at the same time untouchable as protected by politics and bureaucracy.
Some time ago I met very nice and hardworking employees who invited me to spend a morning with them ... wanted to show me and show with pride their work they do for the city.
was a ' enlightening experience ... many boys who love their work, many employees who perform their job well despite some citizens are not the greatest civility and cooperation.
I show you some of their work day ... if you are not morning I do not think they've ever seen at work ...
course, as in every business and every family, there are black sheep ... but let us not forget that there are many White who deserve respect and gratitude!

Our city employees ...
are difficult times for politics and for 'public administration Battipagliese ... as incidentally also in our beloved Italy ...
Thieves, loafers, slackers, recommended, absentee, rude, incompetent, idler ... more and more often these are epithets that accompany civil servants ...
The sad thing is that a very high percentage of government those terms are nothing more than the truth:
... 10% (10!) of our recent councilors have eighth grade and can not formulate a sentence correctly ... Councillors (handsomely salaried!) in 14 months that were never presented to the municipality ... used to mail going haywire in if you ask him something other than the payment of current accounts ... municipal employees from the office (our money!) spend tens of euro to call his son or his friend on the phone ... masters of public administration in 2008 are not able to handle a computer and miss the good old typewriter ...
And this was strictly business side ... let alone the human character and that very (too) often leaves much to be desired: arrogant, obnoxious, rude ... " schiattat n'cuorp !"
They know they have little power over the city and they know that none of them unnail there ... therefore, do anything and in any way you do, you are making a pleasure!
Fortunately this profile covers a large part of public employees ... but not all! There's so many people
competent, scrupulous, in love with their work and proud to offer a good service to their city and their fellow citizens: competent assessors and advisers and hard-working, kind and helpful staff, janitors and cleaners that deal with schools and roads as if they were their homes ...
To represent this portion of the virtuous public employees (and remember that there are many!), We chose two municipal employees ... Michele Russo and Eduardo Burraccione !
Always present, always available , always friendly ... change auditors and administrators, but they are always there ... the municipality and local events ...

Yesterday seemed to hear the words of Toto in "Vote Antonio, Antonio Vote." Anyone who follows the law or policy (from the international to the last quarter of the Congo) knows very well that happen to be in storiacce Barlow is not nothing but routine !
Politicians are like thieves Pisa ... they argue and rant in front of people ... plot and eat after half an hour!
The naive and ignorant people (... and unfortunately there are many!) Enjoy the curtain and everyone says his comments on the events of the day ... the policy is put on the same level of a football game (most often be taken less seriously anke)!
... and while the people are watching, all the politicians (from right to left indiscriminately ...) and pursue the same goals ... earn and "do babbà" .

Summing up we can say that others have thrown 2 years ... Battipaglia 2 years in which he could recover from its squalor and instead continued to excavate the bottom !
Gennaro Barlow has been good for the person who could and that you can look in his eyes ... but I honestly did not (and no one helped him!) nothing for their country.
We finally freed by a Board and an Executive partly incompetent partly lazy, not motivated in part ...
sorrow and solidarity go instead to those who have worked hard and tried to make a contribution to the city they love.
We expect more months of Commissioner ... in April will most likely return to the polls.

After 1 more week of work the project is on the desk of the mayor who appoint a consultant to search for the best equipment suppliers in the area. Like any public work is being launched a call for tenders.
After 3 weeks we arrive at the opening of envelopes and the assignment is given to the construction company.
Here, however, that there is another small problem: it is called the city council and is a little old man put on record that the area suffers from an acute case of vertigo so you have to provide medical or paramedical personnel for any illness. In the new project, therefore, is also provided a location for assistance.
