The scourge of our country ... the bureaucracy! The bureaucracy is the main brake development of our country, both large and small Battipaglia Italy.
The term bureaucracy literally means " offices of power." In recent years, especially in Italy, increased both the offices that power ... much less efficiency.

Since the bridge is beginning to be quite challenging from an economic standpoint, the mayor also considered necessary insurance cover against vandals and vigilantes maybe a night service ... you never know!
The project is to complete ... expect only money! After 2 months of checks and finally allowed the money coming into the coffers of the City.
Then they start work and after another two months the bridge is finally ready. It organizes a beautiful opening ceremony ... are all the highest offices of the municipality and its neighboring countries.
It also organizes a nice refreshing ... obviously invited the whole town!

course this waste and inefficiency that produce no protest : manufacturers gain contracts with the politicians collect votes, unions get their approval, the left claims the neighborhood, carrying out works useful to the community and the right says it has created jobs work.

Unfortunately for them the bureaucracy has found a remedy for this: the ill-treated have no time to organize and complain about whatever you're doing the citizen is always busy file in exhausting!
